Before and after school provision - Didsbury CE Kids Club
Our breakfast club and after school club is now provided by Didsbury CE after being run successfully for many years by Elm Grove Kids' Club an independent charity that worked closely with the school. The club is run on a day to day basis by Lisa Burns, Club Manager, and Jenni Collins, Deputy Manager, and a team of qualified playworkers.
In addition, many of the staff at the club also work within the school, either as lunchtime organisers or support teaching assistants and therefore they get to know the children really well.
Parents can register their child at the club by completing all the 'Registration Forms' and returning them to the school or by emailing them to:
Opening Times: (term time only)

After School 3.00pm – 6pm

Payment of Fees
There is a £100 deposit per child required to secure a permanent place and all monthly fees are payable by the middle of the current month. An invoice is sent via email at the start of the month and fees are payable within 7 days on the school payment system - 'Parent Pay'. We also accept childcare voucher payments and payments via the government tax free childcare scheme.
Breakfast and Snack Times
During each morning session we provide cereal, toast and fruit. During the afternoon session we provide a light, healthy snack. A menu is displayed at the start of each week. Children can make requests for a particular snack which we always aim to fulfil. Children must bring their own water bottle to the club.
Parents/carers can confidently register their child(ren) at the club, booking them in when availability allows either on a permanent or an ad hoc basis. (Upon termination of a permanent place one month's written notice is required.)
Registration forms (and the £100 deposit per child) need to be fully completed before a child can be booked into the club. Please find the club's behaviour policy attached below.
EGKC was awarded ‘Met’ under the new Ofsted framework in Nov 2019.
